📦 Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

🕓 Processing Time

All orders are handmade and processed within 7–14 business days (not including weekends or holidays). During busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

🚚 Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking provided once your order ships.

A Mom and A Machine LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as “delivered,” it is considered complete. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact USPS to file a claim. You can also email us at amomandamachinellc@gmail.com for assistance.
